Welcome to My Red Cape. Long ago in another time my husband Jack and I lived in a little old red house. It was the stuff of dreams to us for the few years that we were there. I live there still a number of hours every day in imagination, with old dolls and paintings and fabrics and feather trees. I draw inspiration and happiness from the memories of that space in time and share some of it here with friends who remember how to step with Alice through the looking glass and take delight in whimsies and antiquities. ~Edyth O’Neill

A new start with a new computer

Not quite, but a new hard drive and a different email program have left me without  most of the email addresses for those of you who have written to me lately.  If you wish  and think you may be among the lost ones drop me a line so I will recover that contact.

I am keeping very busy with changes in the garden, and storm recovery, and in the doll family and with technology, on a new tablet with Win 8 and a new laptop with Win 7 and "Mouseburger" my same strong big desktop having a new hard drive and a full new array of programs. I feel as if I have landed on a different planet with so many changes in my life.

Jackie has been gone just over six months. Those of you who have worked through this know exactly where I am.  Jack told me he wanted me to live forward strongly and not only in the past and I am trying to do that.  Posts here have been sparse, please forgive, I will do better.  e
